On September 23, Concordia held its third highly successful career speed-networking event, bringing together 39 students and 19 alumni volunteers, who provided career advice to the students.

Modelled after the speed-dating concept, student participants had one hour—divided into six, 10-minute sessions—to meet and pose questions to any of the mentors about the job market and their professional pursuits.

Mentors represented a variety of professional backgrounds, including finance, management, IT, engineering, marketing, human resources, the arts, education and law.
Following the networking session, participants continued their discussions during a cocktail reception.
