Alumni ID Card

With your alumni ID card, you can take advantage of numerous on-campus and off-campus benefits, services and discounts. This card is free for life for all alumni.

Visit our office between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. (We are open during lunch.)

We are located at 1250 Guy St. (corner Ste. Catherine) in suite 520. Please bring photo ID.

Soon to graduate or just graduated? Please bring a copy of your transcript!

I can't get to the Alumni Office. What can I do?

You can request your ID card by email. Send the following information and attachments to receptn@alcor.concordia.ca:

Information

• Name at graduation
• Student ID number
• Mailing address
• Daytime telephone number

Attachments

• a digital photo of yourself (headshot) in jpg format
• a scanned copy of another photo ID (driver's license or Medicare card)

Your card will be mailed to you within 10 business days of our receipt of the email. We cannot complete the request if any information or attachments are missing.

I have an old Lifetime Alumni Card. Can I still use it?

Absolutely. You will simply have to show another photo ID at the same time as you receive your service.

I took some classes at Concordia but never graduated. Can I get a card too?

Yes! If you have completed at least 30 credits and have not been enrolled in courses for at least one year, you are considered an attendee: a non-graduate with full alumni privileges. Simply drop by the office with a copy of your transcript or attach a scanned copy if you make your request by email.
